Julian Jones is the Master Blender and Chief Whiskey Officer at IRA Whiskey and has over 11 years of experience as a Master Distiller at West Fork Whiskey in Westfield, Indiana.  In addition to the West Fork brand, Julian has crafted amazing profiles and premium bourbons for Hugh Hamer and Old Hamer, where several of these products have accumulated both state and national accolades.  Most recently, Hugh Hamer Double Oak was not only listed as one of the Top 100 bourbons, but in the Top 100 spirits by the 2025 Wine Enthusiasts organization.

With over 9,500 bourbon barrels aging in the Montgomery Rack House, Julian offers opportunities for those interested in IRA Whiskey creating custom barrel picks, private labeling, co-packing for premium bourbon brands, private tasting experiences, and more.
